The Thought Engine

A Structure-Sensitive Diagnostic Engine utilizing Information Geometry to track neurodegenerative transitions. The system predicts Alzheimer's disease progression by analyzing longitudinal structural drift, providing early warning signals before massive physical volume loss becomes visible.

Reference Guard

Reference Guard protects AI and data-driven systems from structural drift, reference contamination, and unstable operating regimes without replacing the underlying model. Deployed via Docker/API in shadow-mode, it provides mathematically bounded trust metrics with sub-millisecond latency.

Spherical Vision

An innovative optical prosthesis headset designed to assist patients with Macular Degeneration. By employing dual 4K curved LED displays and custom corrective optics, the system curves the projected focal field to match the human retina's spherical profile, projecting sharp images into the healthy peripheral retina to bypass the central scotoma.

MK AQUA Swarm

An Integrated Control System for unmanned vehicles capable of transitioning between underwater and air environments. The system handles extreme density variations using Wave-Aware Transition Management and features an Enhanced Autonomous Defense Framework for fail-closed mission authorization and structural trust.

Semantic Contract Sentinel

A black-box API testing harness designed to detect "silent breaks"—scenarios where API updates maintain backward compatibility at the schema level but alter underlying semantic behavior or downstream state transitions. It utilizes a Differential Causal Engine for deterministic paired-execution analysis of side effects.

sil is a cross-platform, production-grade compression and decompression CLI tool based on The Silence Protocol (V3.0 Base-4 Temporal Channel). It implements a Self-Extracting Topological Archive (FractalZip), translating data into a multi-dimensional Base-4 fractal tree to achieve high compression on repetitive text while maintaining 100% structural integrity. Written in Go with a high-performance Rust port (rsil).
